A: We support multiple payment methods, including bank transfer, letter of credit, etc. Generally, new customers need to pay a deposit first, and the balance will be paid after production is completed. Specific terms can be negotiated.

A: It is very straightforward to become our distributor: a single order quantity of 20 tons of activated carbon is all that is required.
Q: Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

A: Travel from Guangzhou to our Hainan facility is highly convenient. A flight from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to Haikou Meilan International Airport takes approximately 1.5 hours, followed by a 20-minute high-speed rail journey from the airport to our factory.

For urgent orders, we can expedite production with prior arrangement. Bulk vessel shipments may require additional time for container booking and freight scheduling.
