2. Free Sample Provision
To help customers fully understand the performance of our activated carbon products before formal cooperation, we provide free sample service according to customer requirements. Customers can put forward specific parameter requirements (such as iodine value, methylene blue adsorption value, specific surface area, particle size) of activated carbon, and we will quickly prepare corresponding samples, conduct strict quality inspection, and send them to customers by international express, so that customers can conduct actual test and verification, and ensure that the product meets the actual use needs.
3. Customized Packaging Service
In order to adapt to different transportation modes, storage conditions and use scenarios of global customers, we provide flexible customized packaging services. The conventional packaging includes 25kg small bags (inner plastic bag + outer woven bag, moisture-proof and pressure-resistant) and ton bags (suitable for large-quantity transportation, convenient for loading and unloading). At the same time, we can also adjust the packaging specifications, materials and labeling according to customer needs, print relevant product information, safety instructions and other content, and ensure that the activated carbon is not damp, not damaged during transportation and storage, and meets the import and export packaging standards of various countries.
4. Factory Inspection Support
We adhere to the principle of integrity and transparency, and actively accept customer supervision. We support three types of factory inspection services: real-time video factory inspection (customers can view the production workshop, production process, quality inspection link and warehouse of activated carbon in real time through video connection, and communicate with the on-site staff in real time); on-site factory inspection (we provide full reception services for customers who come to China for on-site inspection, arrange professional personnel to accompany and explain, and show the entire production line and quality control system of activated carbon); third-party factory inspection (we cooperate with well-known international third-party inspection institutions, and accept factory inspection by institutions designated by customers or us, to ensure that the production capacity, product quality and management level of our factory meet international standards).
In-Sales Service: Efficient Supervision, Assured Cooperation
During the cooperation process, we focus on information transparency and process supervision, and provide active and thoughtful in-sales services to ensure that customers can grasp the order progress at any time.
1. Active Progress Update
After the order is confirmed, we will assign a special customer manager to follow up the whole process, and take the initiative to update the order progress for customers on a regular basis. We will send real-time production photos (including activated carbon raw material processing, activation process, finished product molding), packaging videos (to show the packaging process and packaging effect of activated carbon), and timely remind customers of the shipping schedule, customs declaration progress and other key information, so that customers can make relevant preparation work in advance and avoid any unnecessary troubles.
2. Third-Party Inspection Acceptance
To ensure the quality of activated carbon products meets the requirements of customers and international standards, we actively accept third-party inspection. We cooperate with well-known international inspection institutions such as and BV, and also accept inspection by third-party institutions designated by customers. The inspection covers product quality, specifications, packaging, quantity and other aspects. After the inspection is completed, we will provide the official inspection report in a timely manner, so that customers can rest assured to receive the goods.

1. Professional Usage Guidance
Our technical team provides detailed activated carbon usage guidance for customers, including storage methods (activated carbon should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated indoor environment, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, control humidity below 60%, away from acids, alkalis, oils and other substances, stack with pallets to prevent moisture, and separate different batches for storage with clear labels) ; filling and use precautions (uniform filling to avoid channeling or short-circuit, backwashing before use in water treatment applications, controlling air flow rate in gas adsorption applications) ; service life tips (regularly monitor the quality of effluent or exhaust gas, and replace in time when the adsorption capacity decreases) ; waste disposal methods (classify according to the nature of adsorbed substances, hazardous waste activated carbon shall be disposed of by professional institutions in accordance with relevant regulations, and ordinary waste activated carbon can be incinerated or used for low-demand purposes). In addition, we provide 24-hour online technical consultation, and timely solve various problems encountered by customers in the process of using activated carbon.
